A external library I am using tries to load a referenced library but with the following error:

File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\pyex\base\soap.py, line9, in <module>
  from lxml import etree
ImportError: DLL load failed: The module was not found.

But the lxml-library was installed using pip. Running the python script in PythonWin works fine. Anybody any idea?

I haven't tried this personally, however it looks like there may be some issues with embedded manifests: http://stackoverflow.com/a/7789978.
