Text Crawls and Separators
« on: April 20, 2017, 10:50:36 AM »
We are looking to do the following with a text crawl:

News Bullet 1 [image separator] News Bullet 2 [image separator] News Bullet 3

How do you break up a text crawl so a separator appears after certain pieces of text? Importing a text file does this with a carriage return, however, the text file does not allow for automatic date/time (!date/!time).

Thank you.

On Designer's Crawl Control panel, the Cued Expression option for Text Source should get you started.

Dan, thank you for the response.

I might not understand the utility of CuedExpression. When I create a name for the variable and enter test into the text box, nothing appears when I click on "preview"
