player management in Ad Manager
« on: June 18, 2009, 08:34:40 PM »
Hi, I was just wondering if there's a clean way to edit/remove players from Ad Manager, it seems to treat *everything* as a relational database, as such if a player is/ever was assigned something, there's no way to directly delete it without going through and finding everything that references it first?

Bryan,

Ad Manager keeps the entire history for each player, so that all scheduling is available should a client ever request any history about their campaigns.  That's why the player can't be deleted.

Send the support team in the Canadian office an email, and they'll work with your specific issue to help you remove it, or they may come up with another suggestion that will help.

Hi again,

I was wondering  and have searched , is there a app or something to allow management of the User accounts that are created on your server?

IE - if  you need to change passwords, delete / ban user or such?

Just wondering if there is a easy way to access the player info for quick changes etc.
